There will then be a break for Christmas and the New Year
Social Events
The next social event will be the SLO Annual Christmas Dinner. The Committee is arranging this and it is likely to be on Wednesday 10th December at Shrewsbury Golf Club, Condover. More details nearer the date.
Dress Code
There is a dress code for public performances and members are required to adhere to it. This consists of:
For Formal Concerts
Ladies
A plain, brightly coloured long or three quarter length sleeved evening blouse together with a long black evening skirt and black shoes.
Men
Black dress suits, dress shirt, with black shoes and socks and burgundy bow tie.
For less formal concerts, eg ones that are out of doors,
Ladies
A white blouse with collar and short sleeves, black knee length skirt, black or flesh coloured tights with black shoes (black trousers in cold weather) and an SLO sweatshirt.
Men
A white shirt, black trousers with black shoes and socks, and an SLO sweatshirt
